We are looking for HiWi / Bachelor- and Masterstudents in the domain of cryptographic engines design for mobile applications

Tasks:

• Literature review of cryptographic engine designs
• Implementation of lightweight cryptographic engine in RTL
• Optimization of the cryptographic engines by introducing novel data flow
• Exploration of physical design space for energy efficiency at state-of-the-art technology nodes

Requirements:

• Knowledge on RTL and logic design
• Understanding basics of cryptography
• Good English (spoken and written)

Beneficial knowledge:

• Experience in EDA for digital design
